Not at all.
While I am a Licensed Psychotherapist, the wellness sessions offered—such as the Sacred Lotus Sound Journey, Attune & Bloom, or Stretch & Sound—are considered non-clinical, restorative practices. These sessions can be experienced independently to support your general well-being and do not constitute a formal therapeutic relationship.

It is a restorative practice that uses instruments like singing bowls and tuning forks to create sound waves that interact with your body’s nervous system. It helps shift you from a state of "high alert" (stress) into a "parasympathetic" state (deep relaxation). It is a passive, gentle way to achieve the "ease and calm.”
-
Not at all. Drawing from my 25+ years in the fitness industry, I’ve designed this to be therapeutic movement. It focuses on gentle stretching and somatic release to help "unstick" tension stored in your muscles. No fitness experience is required, and we move at a pace that honors your body’s boundaries.
-
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) involves tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on a particular stressor. It’s a clinically-proven way to reduce the "sting" of difficult emotions or memories. It’s a wonderful tool because, once I teach it to you, you can use it anywhere to regulate your own stress.
-
I recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move and breathe easily.
-
Sacred Lotus is a private-pay practice. I am an out-of-network provider, and I can provide a 'Superbill' upon request for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
-
Yes. Therapists and other providers sometimes let their clients know that wellness sessions are available here as an independent, non-clinical option — separate from, and not part of, the client's ongoing treatment.
-
No. You are more than willing to reach out to me directly. I offer a free 15min consult.
